Wifi password is wrong

Dear Sir,

I followed the instruction on the image download page which says wifi password is robotseverywhere but this is apparently a wrong password. I am wondering how this can happen maybe my image is not installed perfectly? I can see ubiquityrobotXXXX network but simply do not know the password. Thanks.

Hi,

Are you 100% sure that you typed in the password correctly? It is robotseverywhere with no spaces or special characters.

What is the device you are trying to connect with? Does it support WPA2?

The problem is solved, we tried with another raspberry pi 3B now it worked mysteriously, thanks you for your reply, bye
