Page with the Magni Power Connectors and USB 5V power explanation has been updated today with specific part numbers to use for your own cables to get power off of the MCB.
Also many people have complained about how hard it is to plug into the 2 5V power only USB A style connectors. I offer the key tip there which is use of the right angle USB 3.0 adapter so that may be of value as well.

Thanks for this update Mark.
A couple things to confirm:
- The USB ports at the bottom are only for power (ie no data exchanged directly through the MCB into the Pi).
- Is it possible to use mangi without the power control board (small board with red and black power and motor power buttons)? I was hopeful to remove this and replace with a single 14pin connector that was wired somehow to tell magni the board is on or off to create extra space.
Thanks,
Kris

Correct, power only. Note you are likely to need right angle adapter I have discussed.

Yes you can use your own circuit to replace the ‘Switch Board’ as we call it.
I have added more things to the page where one of them is your #2 reply.

Also added just now is description of our I2C expansion jack and plans for that besides the OLED display. Other additions as well about Raspberry Pi jacks.
