Motor_power_active is ALWAYS true in V43

Did you maybe miss one of the 2 places seen in motor_parameters.h in this change I did for you (and others as time moves on)

Change default board version from 49 to 51 to avoid issues with support for very old boards prior to rev 5.0 where ESTOP switch position could not be detected. We have to move on now as the code is very involved to support such an old board.

If you know of some OTHER place where 49 is used please tell me so I can fix that as well. Thanks

There is also another recent change I did to post an error to the ros log if firmware was not at least v43. It takes no action like stopping the progress of the initialization but was from another customer that was using ancient v37 and suggested we put in a warning to assist those still on very old version.

Ok great. Sounds like the repo has what is required for v43 at this time.
