Is there a way to turn off the camera exposure and white balance correction in raspicam node?

Well [these params](https://github.com/UbiquityRobotics/raspicam_node/blob/kinetic/include/RaspiCamControl.h) are supposedly adjustable, though I’ve only adjusted some of them through dynamic reconfigure and can’t confirm if it’s settable in the launch files but it should be. MMAL\_PARAM\_EXPOSUREMODE\_OFF and MMAL\_PARAM\_AWBMODE\_OFF should do what you want.
