# How to SSH through ethernet on ubiquity-xenial-lxde instead of wifi?

I would like to SSH through ethernet instead of wifi.

Hi if the ethernet is correctly connected to a router, you need to find the IP address of the ethernet port from your router and you should be able to launch a SSH session by typing something like

> ssh [ubuntu@192.192.43.21](mailto:ubuntu@192.192.43.21)
